Jazmín (they, he, elle) is a facilitator, curriculum director, and lead collaborator with Bala Rising.

Jazmín is a skilled facilitator, drawing from their experiences as a college instructor, migrant justice organizer, capacity builder, community interpreter, and conflict transformation practitioner. Much of Jazmín’s recent work consists of convening organizers across sectors, languages, and geographies to deepen collective analysis, build alignment, and cultivate a stronger sense of belonging. They have especially enjoyed the complexity and magic of facilitating intergenerational, multi-language movement spaces. As part of their self and collective care, they enjoy learning how to sing, deepening their tarot practice, and hitting the trails with their gravel bike.
